These terms govern your use of Fadar (fadar.io), a software service that monitors Meta advertising accounts for creative fatigue, operated by Bravus Ltd ("Fadar", "we"). By creating an account or purchasing anything from us you agree to these terms.
Fadar connects to your Meta ad accounts with read-only permissions (ads_read). We analyze performance data, compute health scores, and send you alerts and digests. Fadar never creates, edits, pauses, or deletes campaigns, ad sets, ads, or budgets, and cannot spend your money on Meta. All advertising decisions remain yours.
Fadar provides signals and estimates, not guarantees. Scores, projections, and waste estimates are statistical judgments based on your account's historical data. You should not treat them as financial advice, and we are not liable for advertising decisions you make based on them.
Subscriptions (Buyer, Agency) are billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing, which stops future charges; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Downgrades to Free keep your data but reduce monitored accounts to plan limits. We may change pricing with 30 days notice by email.
Creative packs (€450 per order unless stated otherwise) are one-off purchases of 3 ad creative variations in your selected formats, produced by our studio and delivered digitally within 72 hours of brief confirmation on business days. One revision round per pack is included. Because packs are custom creative work, they are non-refundable once production has started; if we fail to deliver within 5 business days you are entitled to a full refund. Delivered creatives are yours to use in your advertising without restriction; we retain the right to reference anonymized results in our marketing unless you ask us not to.
You grant us permission to read your Meta advertising data solely to provide the service. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnecting Meta or deleting your account removes our access and deletes stored ad data as described in our data deletion policy. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Don't attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service, and don't connect ad accounts you are not authorized to access. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or advertising outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn. Questions: hello@fadar.io.
